鹿子木孟郎 Kanokogi Takeshiro (1874-1941)
His pseudonym is 不倒 Futo. Western-style painter. He was born in Okayama. He studied under Shotaro Koyama, then went to France to study under Laurens. After returning to Japan, he taught at the Kansai Bijutsuin (Kansai Art Institute) and became an important figure in the Kansai Western-style painting scene. He specializes in portraits and landscapes in the French school style.
