Q: What countries do you ship to?

A: Our shipping partners provide us with excellent global coverage. However, restrictions may apply depending on the product and country. To confirm if we can deliver to your country, please let us know which item(s) you had in mind.

A: We offer free shipping to all destinations.

Q: Do you have a return policy?

A: Yes, you can return items within 30 days of receipt.

Q: Do you cover the shipping costs for returns?

A: We will pay for return shipping except for large or heavy items.

Q: Which shipping couriers do you use?

A: Our primary shipping methods are ePacket, EMS, and DHL. If you would like us to send your order by Japan Post, we use ePacket (registered air mail) instead of EMS.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: JCB, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Q: Can you refurbish my hanging scroll?

A: In most cases, the answer will be yes, depending on the condition of the scroll. Please send us a clear photo and describe what you had in mind. We will consult with a local craftsman and then provide a time and cost estimate.

Q: Can you tell me the meaning of the calligraphy on a hanging scroll?

A: We are happy to offer this service for a hanging scroll you already own or one you are considering purchasing from Reiwa Antiques.

However, it is challenging to decipher the meaning of calligraphy in many cases, so we usually consult with an expert. Furthermore, the difficulty may vary depending on the style of calligraphy. And, the time we require will depend on the volume of characters to be studied.
