Matsui Outo 松井桜塘

松井桜塘 Matsui Outo (1901-1983)
Born in Kyoto. Graduated from Kyoto Municipal College of Painting. Studied under Kanokogi Takeshiro at the Shimogamo Research Institute. Studied under Tsuchida Bakusen and Ohashi Suiseki, specialising in paintings of beautiful women.
