Ono Tsutomu 小野務

小野務 Ono Tsutomu (?-1854)
Late Edo period poet of the Keien school. Born in Bicchu. Served in the Kameyama branch clan in Tamba Province and later moved to Edo. Studied poetry under Rai Sanyo and Kan Chazan. Studied waka poetry under Kinoshita Kobun and Kagawa Kageki. Wrote “Kakien Juha”, “Eichu Hyakushu”, “Soan Wabun”, etc. Died in 1854.
