田中頼璋 Tanaka Raisho (1868-1940)
Japanese painter of the Meiji and early Showa periods. Born in Shimane prefecture. Studied under Mori Kansai and Kawabata Gyokusho. He received awards at the Japan Art Association Exhibition, the Teiten Exhibition, and the Bunten Exhibition. His painting style was described as a fusion of literati taste and Maruyama School realism.
