吉嗣拝山 Yoshitsugu Haizan (1846-1915)
Nanga style painter of the late Edo and Taisho periods. A central figure in Kyushu's literary painters. He lost a right arm in an earthquake. People called him Left hand Haizan. He studied abroad in China (Qing dynasty) around 1858. He was good at Sansui landscape, (flower and bird) painting.
