Fukuda Keiichi 福田恵一

福田恵一 Fukuda Keiichi (1895-1956)
Born in Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture, in 1895. Graduated from the Tokyo School of Fine Arts, Department of Drawing and Painting Education, in 1917. Joined the Nishiyama Painting Studio Seikōsha in the early Shōwa period, studying under Suishō, and thereafter devoted himself entirely to his artistic practice. He died aged 61.
