園木冬扇 Sonoki Tosen (active 1930-1980)
A Japanese-style painter active primarily in Hiroshima Prefecture during the Showa era. He studied under Fujii Shozan and produced works featuring subjects such as landscapes and the "flowers-and-birds" genre.
