西田忠重 Nishida Tadashige (b 1942):
Born in Amami Oshima, Kagoshima Prefecture in 1942. He graduated from the Department of Industrial Design, Faculty of Short-term Studies, Chiba University. He studied under Shinjo Mochizuki 望月信成 (Western painting) and Hajin Iwasaki 岩崎巴人 (Japanese painting).
He has exhibited at Nika Exhibition, Salon des Artistes Indépendants, etc. Collected in Narita New Tokyo International Airport Authority, Funabashi City Hall (Chiba), Prefectural Hall, Welfare Center for the Elderly (Tokyo)
