All such charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.**

As part of this commitment, and to help reduce your overall VAT and import tax burden as much as possible, we offer **free international shipping** on our items. We kindly ask that buyers fulfill their responsibility for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or carrier-related fees that may arise, and promptly complete any required payment to ensure successful delivery and acceptance of the shipment.

To ensure fast, secure, and reliable international delivery, we normally ship orders via **DHL Express**. Shipping carriers such as DHL may assess customs clearance, processing, advancement, brokerage, regulatory, or other administrative fees, even when no import duty or tax is due. Any such fees are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid directly to the carrier when requested.

**Important Notice for Buyers in the European Union (EU):**

Under new EU customs regulations scheduled to take effect from **July 2026**, the customs duty exemption for low-value imports (previously applicable to shipments valued at **€150 or less**) is expected to be abolished. As a result, shipments imported into the European Union may be subject to additional customs duties and customs clearance-related charges, even for low-value purchases.

For example, buyers may be required to pay:

* Import VAT (where applicable)
* Customs duty (currently expected to be approximately **€3.00 per applicable HS code**)
* Customs clearance or duty advancement fees charged by the shipping carrier (typically around **€15.00**, depending on the destination country and carrier)

These charges are determined by customs authorities and shipping carriers and are beyond the seller's control. They must be paid directly to the relevant authorities or carrier before delivery, when requested.
