Sugitani Rokkyo 杉渓六橋

杉渓六橋 Sugitani Rokkyo (1865-1944)
Born in Kyoto. His name was Kotohisa. He was given the title of “Baron” and served as a member of the House of Peers for more than 30 years. Studied painting under Shigeshunto and calligraphy under Kitamura Ryusho and Kobayashi Takusai.
