Tsuda Hakuin 津田白印
津田白印 Tsuda Hakuin (1862-1946)
Jodo Shinshu priest and painter. Born in 1862 as the second son of the abbot of Jōshin-ji temple of the Jōdo Shin sect in Kasaoka. He studied nanga under Narutomi Tsubakiya and left many excellent flower and landscape paintings.
