山元春挙 Yamamoto Shunkyo (1871-1933)
Japanese painter of the Maruyama-Shijo school, active from the Meiji era to the early Showa era. His real name was Kaneemon, and his childhood name was Kannosuke. He was a painter who developed the style of the Maruyama-Shijo school, but also learnt photographic techniques and applied them to landscape painting, exploring advanced painting techniques.
